If we see our bodies as an extension of nature. We have no business in trying to ‘fix it’ or ourselves. We can shift our lens to disclosing the wisdom that lies in the body, the same way nature carries wisdom, ways of knowing.

If we see ourselves as an ecosystem within an ecosystem. The question becomes how can I tend and care for myself. How can I listen more deeply to its workings and its patterns. So I may learn to offer it something new that it longs for.

Bodywork helps us tap into the knowledge of our bodies. It connects us back to our selves and shows us where we have severed ourselves from the nature of our bodies. Our stresses, our emotions, our honesty, our imperfections.

The sense  of our body allow us to interact with the world. Quite literally it allows us to foster relation(ships). That’s why being curious towards what story it can tell us about ourselves and the world, is such a beautiful portal for reconnection.

Lovingly unearthing what we have been trying to keep buried, because somewhere along the line we had an experience that it wasn’t welcome. It allows us to unfold in new ways. It allows us to reconnect to our own beauty. And most of all it reminds us that we are not alone.

Breathwork

Rewilding the self

This work is about embracing the multi-faceted creature you are and being curious about the parts that have become unfree.

In these sessions we'll work with somatic inquiry and a breathwork technique that is great for breaking through barriers. The breath has a wonderful way of guiding us home to our body, our emotions and our inner wisdom.

The technique I work with is not a hack to 'fix your breathing'. It's a method that invites you to meet yourself in the depth of who you are.

"Sandrine works with integrity, calmness, and empathy. I felt incredibly safe and supported, which allowed me to dive deeper than ever before."
