Something that has been filling me with hope lately has been prayer. And if you’re thinking ‘Prayer?! Is she religious now?” No I am not. I shared more on it in this short video.

I have been praying as a human practice, instead of a religious one. Grounding moments where I sit with loved ones and even new acquaintances. Where there is space to speak from the heart. Most importantly, in the moment.

Growing up as a kid that went to church, it has been truly liberating to rediscover prayer and ritual. To redefine what it means and sounds like for me. And the way I’ve gotten to know it again is as:

  • Hope-giving and powerful

  • Something that takes shape intuitively and from the heart (not a textbook)

  • A practice for building community and collective resilience

  • A way to drop into the moment and our bodies

I am opening up these Prayer circles to anyone who wishes to join. Because I feel they are much needed. They are my act of love towards the world and myself. They are free of charge.

If you are curious about joining. I’ve created a signal group, it is announcement-based. So I will share the next dates and people will have a chance to sign-up. The circle will take place both online and in-person. So we can connect across locations and in real life.

I’d love to have you!
